Jody and Emily from the NDDOT Audit Services Division will provide an engaging course on subrecipient responsibilities. We’ll touch on a multitude of items, such as the difference between a subrecipient and a contractor, the subaward agreement, indirect costs, allowability, reasonable costs, the single audit, management decisions, corrective action plans, and remedies for non-compliance.
